We wanted to explain in detail the financing income of our cash flow, which reflects our progress and solidity:
1- Monthly Income from R&D Bonuses: Although these revenues are mainly deducted from the salaries of the workers and are not recorded as income, we have decided to present them in this section to emphasize their importance as an innovative company.
2- Grant in July 2023: On this date, we obtained an innovative grant of €50,000, an important milestone that reflects the trust and support of external entities in our project.
3- Investment from Business Angels in August 2023: On this date, we received an investment of €19,000 from business angels. This investment came from a remainder of tokens from our private round, demonstrating the ongoing interest and confidence in our company.
4- Pending Investment from the Token Round in October 2023: On this date, we received €106,500 from an investor, corresponding to a pending amount from our previous token round. This income underscores the solidity and long-term commitment of our investors.
5- Funding from the Ministry of Science and Innovation in January 2024: On that date, we received a significant amount of €97,715.91 from the Ministry of Science and Innovation as recognition for our R&D carried out in 2021. This support is a testament to our commitment to innovation and technological development.
6- Bridge Round in January 2024: That same month, we closed a bridge round with our current investors for a total of €192,398.08, demonstrating the ongoing trust and backing of our financial partners. This will be entered during the first week of February.
