Steven Dobesh is the current President and Co-Founder of True Tickets, a B2B SAAS Company leveraging blockchain to secure digital tickets for live entertainment venues. Prior to co-founding True Tickets, he worked at the Pentagon, Joint Chiefs of Staff, as the Technology & Innovation Chief for the Logistics Directorate. In that role, he was the Joint Staff Subject Matter Expert on Blockchain; architected and led the first Department of Defense blockchain pilot to secure the digital thread of additive manufacturing (3D printing); and established and led the Department of Defense’s only Blockchain Community of Interest focused on widespread adoption and implementation. Beyond Blockchain, he worked with DARPA, DIUx, and the Defense Science Board on other technology projects such as Autonomous Delivery, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Integration. Steven acts as a strategic advisor and sits on the board of directors for Triple-O-Games, a Spanish gaming development company creating a tokenized P2P mobile gaming application. He previously served as a tutor for the Oxford Said Business School Executive Blockchain Strategy Programme from 2018-2020.
